Email hello@morr.group within 30 days of purchase and we refund it. You do not have to explain why, and there is no form to complete.
We do not ask for files back. Chasing people over downloads is not a business we want to be in, and a policy that only works if we police it is not much of a policy.
If we have already done the setup work — template configured, domain pointed, checkout connected — that portion is not refundable, because the work has been performed. The kit portion still is. If you cancel before setup begins, the full amount is refunded.
Refunds are issued by MORR LLC to the original payment method. How quickly it appears is up to your bank, typically a few business days.
