Pathway Systems is a product of MORR LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“we”, “us”). These terms are the agreement between you and MORR LLC.
A one-time purchase of digital website templates, written page copy, setup walkthroughs, email sequences and a first-customer playbook. Delivery is immediate and electronic. Nothing is shipped physically.
You may use the templates for your own businesses and for sites you build for clients, with no per-site fee, no attribution requirement and no expiry. You may modify them freely.
You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the templates, copy or walkthroughs as a competing product, whether on their own or as part of another bundle.
Pathway Systems sells templates and setup guidance. It does not promise revenue, customers or any business outcome. What you earn depends on the program you sell, the price you set and the work you do after launch. Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of results.
Support covers the kit itself — access problems, missing files, and questions about the walkthroughs. It does not cover building your offer, creating what you sell, or ongoing maintenance of your site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee.
These terms may be updated. Material changes apply to purchases made after the update, not retroactively.
